Students pick a trainer, buy a package and run their workouts. Trainers write the programs, see the gross / net / commission breakdown on every sale, and keep their whole client base together. Gyms can plug their entire PT operation on top of the same engine.

Transparent commission, on every screen
The platform takes 10% on each sale and shows the trainer gross, commission and net every time. No hidden splits, no end-of-month surprise — Fiverr-style affordances, fitness-side specifics.
Gyms can run their PT layer on it too
A full B2B layer lets gyms invite their trainers, assign packages, and manage branches without paying for sessions twice. Same operational engine — same calendar, programs, check-ins and messaging — different commercial flow.
